Topeka Planning Commission recommends approval for Reser's PUD

At the December 19 meeting of the Topeka Planning Commission, Commissioners voted 9-0-0 to recomend to the Governing Body the zoning request, subject to conditions in the staff report, and conditioned upon the governong body annexing the property.
