For those applications not accepted through the Application Portal:
- Documents required for application submittals may be emailed to planning@topeka.org.
- If you have difficulty sending large files, please email atituana-feijoo@topeka.org for assistance.
- Please use the applications below and complete all questions.
- Documents should be emailed as individual pdf files. Please do not combine documents into one pdf file.

To make payment for applications not available on our application portal
please use our online payment portal to pay by credit card or e-check.
When making a payment, be sure to choose the “Planning Division Payment” option from the “Payment Type” dropdown box. The next box will ask for a Parcel ID. This section simply indicates how staff should credit the payment. If you prefer, you can enter the property address or the Case Name.
