Pre-Application Conference

Prior to initiating application for a plat of subdivision, the applicant’s design professional is strongly encouraged to schedule a pre-application conference with staff to review the subdivision proposal and identify potential issues.  Or, a pre-application plat may be submitted instead of a meeting.
