In November 2024, trifold brochures are being mailed to targeted property owners of locations with either a known or potential lead service line, galvanized line requiring replacement, or an unknown service line.

During the week of March 4, 2024, letters were mailed to targeted property owners asking them to provide information to assist in determining the material of unknown water service lines. Materials available:
