The Commercial Development Process

Commercial development includes 3 phases:

• The Planning Phase involves assuring the proper zoning and potentially a Site Plan Review.
• The Permitting Phase includes applying for all necessary building and trade permits then staff review and permit issuance.
• The Construction Phase includes proper inspections and ultimately culminates in a Certificate of Occupancy.
