Pay Court Fees

Pay Your Fees Online

Making a payment with our online payment method will require your case number. If you do not know your case number, you can look it up in the Municipal Court Public Records.

Additional Information for Making Payments

Fines, fees and costs for traffic infractions and parking violations must be paid or a court date scheduled within fourteen (14) days of receiving a citation. If a defendant wants to contest a citation or needs additional time to pay, he or she must appear in the Court Clerk’s office within 14 days of receiving the citation. Failure to pay a citation or personally appear at Court within 14 days will typically result in a bench warrant issuance and/or notice of driver’s license suspension with the applicable department of motor vehicles.

Charges that carry the possibility of a jail sentence upon conviction cannot be resolved by mail – the defendant must appear in court to answer the charge(s). If a defendant has questions concerning the seriousness of the offense with which he or she has been charged, then please contact the Municipal Court office at 785-368-3776.
