Beginning June 28, 2023, public bid openings are held on the 2nd floor of the Cyrus K. Holliday Office Building, located at 620 SE Madison, Suite 205, Topeka, KS 66607. Upon entering the front doors, please check-in with security and request a visitor’s pass for Suite 205, regarding a bid opening.
