Work began in Townsite Public Parking Garage in May 2023.

To maximize the value of our investment, we're taking a methodical approach to this project's schedule. While work is underway at Townsite Public Parking Garage, our contractors are conducting a deep survey of the other seven garages. We'll use the results of that survey to prioritize work and build an adaptable schedule for the overall project.

We'll share more detailed schedule information here as it becomes available.
To the greatest extent possible, our measures of success for this project are as follows:
  1. Minimize the number of days garage customers are displaced
  2. Minimize loss of potential revenue from the garages
  3. Extend the useful life of the garages
  4. Reduce the anticipated need for future emergency repairs
We're committed to transparent, timely, accessible, and helpful communication to the greatest extent possible. Parking customers will be notified directly when this project will affect them directly.
