The Topeka Development Corporation Board of Directors will hold a hybrid meeting on February 6, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. via Zoom or in-person at the City Council Chambers located at 214 SE 8th Street, Topeka KS 66603.
Public comment for the meeting will be available via Zoom or in-person. Individuals must contact the City Clerk’s Office at 785-368-3940 or via email at cclerk@topeka.org by no later than 4:00 p.m. on the date of the meeting, after which the City Clerk’s Office will provide Zoom link information and protocols prior to the meeting.

Other Information: The TDC is a 10-person Board of Directors, consisting of the current City of Topeka Governing Body members. The purpose of the TDC is to hold title to Hotel Topeka, and enables the entity to contract with a management company who will oversee day-to-day hotel operations. It also allows the Corporation to obtain necessary licenses and property insurance.
