This is the last of three public meetings scheduled by City Manager Stephen Wade regarding Utility Rates.
In December of 2022 and in January of 2023, the City of Topeka held two public meetings regarding Utility Rates. After the public meetings, City Manager Wade requested the Utility Rates item be removed from the City Council Meeting agenda, and be considered for action at a later date.
This series of three public meetings is a continuation of the public discussion surrounding utility rates.
