The City of Topeka has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) dated Wednesday, February 8, 2017 for applicants wishing to receive Social Service or Contracted Service funds. These funds are intended to increase the quantity and the quality of emergency assistance and preventive/counseling services for children and adults in Topeka.
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the City of Topeka estimates providing approximately $718,307 in funding for these grants. Proposals will be judged on a competitive basis and grant awards will be for the 2018 fiscal year.

Request for Proposal (RFP) and application are available online.
Proposals are due no later than 5:00 p.m., Wednesday Tuesday, March 8, 2017.
