Neighborhood Improvement Association Support Fund Budget Reports

Support funds are provided by the City of Topeka Division of Community Engagement through the Federal Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. Federal regulations permit the City of Topeka to enact policies in accordance with federal HUD guidelines. The following table includes items that are permissible and items that are restricted from federal funding use. (This is not an exhaustive list – please inquire with the City of Topeka Division of Community Engagement regarding purchase of items not listed below)
