Individuals must contact the Mayor’s Office at 785-368-3895 or via email at mayor@topeka.org by no later than 5:00 p.m. on February 23rd after which the Mayor’s Office will provide Zoom link information and protocols prior to the February 23rd meeting. No in-person public comment will be allowed as the meeting will be conducted entirely virtual.
