Governing Body Special Meeting – Executive Session (Virtual via Zoom)

A special meeting of the Governing Body has been called by City Manager Stephen Wade on May 30, 2023, to discuss the acquisition of real property.

• No public comment will be allowed at the meeting.

SUBJECT: The Governing Body will recess to executive Session for a period of time not to exceed 45 minutes to discuss the acquisition of property as allowed under KSA 75-4319(b)(6).  The following individuals will be present to aid in their discussion:  Members of the Governing Body; City Manager Wade, City Attorney, Amanda Stanley and other staff as may be necessary. The open meeting will resume at the completion of the executive session and it is anticipated the Governing Body may take action on the subject matter.
