Zoological Park | Black Bear Woods

The Zoo has four Black Bears. Two females named Sneak and Peek, who arrived in 1996 and they came from Wildlife Prairie Park near Peoria, Il. They were one year old upon arrival in Topeka.

The The other two bears were orphans from the wild in Oregon. Their names are JD who is the male and the female is Katie. They arrived in September, 2008. They were eight months old upon arrival in Topeka.
