The Topeka Police Department honors patch requests from other law enforcement officers. At this time, we do not take requests from collectors and non-law enforcement. To make your request, simply fax or mail your request on your department's letterhead to: Topeka Police Department, 320 S. Kansas Ave., Suite 100, Topeka, KS 66603 or fax to 785-368-9458.
