account you must follow the instructions
below. Note: Please allow two business days for payments to be reflected in your account.
Getting Started:
You can manage your City of Topeka Parking
Services accounts on-line now and make
payments using a CREDIT or DEBIT card.
If you are setting up a new account you
must visit the Parking Services office at
620 SE Madison, 1st floor to fill out a
contract. You will receive a password at
that time (which you can later change).
If you are an existing customer you do not
need to come in, but can call 785-368-3759
to receive your password.

Will I continue to receive a paper Parking

Can this system be set to automatically make payments for me against my credit/debit card?
- No - you must authorize each payment each month

Payment History
- View both applied and pending payments (payments entered but not posted) and current billing information
Account Information
- Displays current balance, last payment made, account status, (active or inactive) and current billing information
Billing History
- View your past bills including bill date, due date, balance forward, payments and adjustments, and current charge detail. Past bills can be easily viewed and printed.
