Our Office Hours The Parking Section office is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Payments for parking garage space rentals, parking meter fines, and parking meter hooding invoices can be made in person during these hours. For after hours payment of parking meter fines, there is a drop box located on 5th Street near the main post office. Payments for monthly parking garage space rentals can be given to the security guard in those garages that have hourly parking available. They are not allowed to accept cash for monthly rentals however.
