Utility Payment Options

The City of Topeka offers a variety of utility bill payment options. From autopay to credit cards we have you covered.
There are no fees when using the following payment options:

Pay Online/Schedule Auto-Pay/Pay by Text

Our Online Payment service offers the convenience of making one-time payments using your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover debit/credit card or your checking account. By creating an online account, you may also Schedule Auto-Pay, Pay by Text, and Payment Reminders!

Please allow up to 2 days for processing. If you have a shutoff notice, it is extremely important that you contact us immediately with your payment information.

Pay by Phone

Pay your City of Topeka Utility bill by phone with a check by calling 785-368-3111 between the hours of 7:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday. Please press ‘0’ to speak to a Customer Service Representative.
To pay with a debit or credit card, please access our automated system anytime by calling 785-368-3111 and selecting Option 2 (make a payment).
