City4 TV works to promote understanding of City programs and services by cablecasting information to the public in a timely and accurate manner. We operate Topeka's only government access TV station, City4 (channel Four on your Cox cable television subscription) all day every day, 365 days a year.

Our programming includes live coverage of City Council meetings and City Planning Commission meetings; taped coverage of press conferences; a variety of city government announcements, messages, and useful references; videos we produce ourselves; and public safety/emergency information.
