City4 TV works to promote the understanding of City programs and services by cablecasting information to the public. Topeka's government access TV station, City4 is located on channel 4 on your Cox cable television all day every day, 365 days a year.
Programming includes live coverage of City Council meetings and City Planning Commission meetings; taped coverage of press conferences; a variety of city government announcements, messages, and useful references; videos produced in-house; and public safety and emergency information.
