Welcome! With our online payment services, you can pay your City of Topeka miscellaneous billings by debit or credit card. Miscellaneous billings include, parking garages and vouchers, parking hoods, health retirees, hauling fees, and business improvement district fees. This does not include cat/dog licenses, false alarms, business licenses, contractor licenses, municipal court fines, onstreet parking tickets, Shawnee County refuse or City water bills. If you have any questions, please email us at paymentservices@topeka.org.In order to start the online process, you must first request your online password. Send an email to paymentservices@topeka.org, provide the account name, billing address and the account number. Then your password will be returned to you by email.
