All fees must be paid at the time of the
reservation.
No refunds shall be made if a reservation is
canceled less than 14 days prior to rental date. All shelters subject to $10 cancellation fee for processing of rental.
City ordinance prohibits renting of shelters to
any concession or commercial enterprise to sell,
vend, peddle, or offer for sale any commodity or
article within any City parks.
No amplified music, or alcoholic beverages,
including beer, are permitted in any shelter. All melons must be pre-cut prior to bringing them in
the shelter.
Weekday reservations (Tuesday-Thursday)
must be made by the prior Friday noon.
Weekend reservations (Friday-Monday) must be
made by the prior Wednesday noon.
No shelters available on December 24, 25, or
31, or January 1.
