Parks and Recreation | Hillcrest NIA Association
Hillcrest is the location for the Neighborhood Improvement Association for the Central Highland Park area. The NIA meets the second Monday of every month at 6:30pm. It's open to everyone to come and join in. The local NIA gives back and helps out the community in several ways. The NIA also gives back to Hillcrest Community Center through combined programming.For more Information please contact the NIA president or vice-president.
