Opened to the public in October 2000, Topeka’s first skate park provides area skateboarders, in-line skaters and bicyclers a state-of-the-art facility rivaling any skate park in the Midwest United States. Eight separate features are available for youth and adults of all skill levels in this 10,000 square foot lighted facility. This facility does not provide supervision. Opened to the public in November 2004, this skate park provides area skateboarders, in-line skaters and bicyclers a unique 9,310 square foot concrete non-lighted facility that features two pyramids, ramps, quarter pipes, grind rails, bank-to-bank ramps, and a bowl. The newest skate park facility opened in June of 2008. This skate park provides area skateboarders, in-line skaters and bicyclers a 5,000 square foot lighted skating area that features all steel bank ramps, quarter pipes, grind rails, jump box, Euro gap, grind box and a wedge. 7th ANNUAL KANSAS STATE ACTION SPORTS CHAMPIONSHIP
