Rule 24: Publication of Rules
24.1 These Rules of Practice shall be printed and published by the Court Administrator on the City of Topeka website and made available for distribution via email to all
members of the Bar and other interested parties upon request. The Court Clerk shall
maintain a copy for inspection by interested parties during regular business hours.
