Rule 23: Impound Hearings
23.1 ONLY impound hearings, concerning the validity of towing an alleged abandoned
vehicle, will be set and held in accordance with the provisions of TCC §142-269.

23.2 Refunds for accumulated and paid towing and storage fees for traffic violations may
be ordered by a judge as provided under TCC §142-269(c).
