The Topeka Human Relations Commission meets the first Monday of every month at 6:00 p.m. in the Cyrus K. Holliday building. The meetings are open to the public.For special accommodations, please call 368-3606 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at least three days in advance of the meeting.
