The Facilities Operations Division maintains 21 separate City physical facilities with 520 major pieces of equipment, over 300,000 square feet, and 26 acres. Our services provide a safe, efficient, and cost-effective working environment for all City employees and customers, and we protect and enhance City property through grounds maintenance; preventative equipment maintenance; corrective maintenance; facilities operation; janitorial services; project coordination; special event and public access coordination; and facilities support (employee requests).

Some of these responsibilities include operating HVAC systems, alarm systems, and irrigation systems; the snow removal; courier services and assisting in the development of new facilities in our jurisdiction.
