Project Description: The bridge will close for two years. First street will also be closed during the bridge construction from Jackson to Polk. Detours will be posted. NB Topoeka will use 5th to Kansas to Morse. SB will use Morse to Kansas to 4th. First Street will use Jackson to 3rd to Polk. The road from SW 1st Street to Tyler Street and the ramp from Tyler to 1st Street will be closed permanently. |
