Brief summation of the responsibilities of the PBC:
--To rent all or any part of its buildings, facilities and/or equipment to any governmental agencies and rent any space as may be needed by such governmental agencies or such buildings or other facilities as the commission may determine will primarily serve the convenience of the occupants of its buildings or other facilities; and
--To issue revenue bonds to provide funds for the purpose of acquiring, designing, engineering, erecting, maintaining and operating buildings or facilities and to acquire sites necessary and convenient, and to acquire and install equipment to pay all costs and expenses , or to refund the outstanding bonds;
--To convey title to government agencies to the equipment, land and buildings that the commission has held title to, after the payment of the bonds are paid or retired. Nominees with relevant experience would be very helpful.
